The SC-CR03A one-click emergency help point is ideal for various public scenarios, such as libraries, subway stations, and airports. It adopts the standard IP/RTP voice transmission protocol, has excellent compatibility, and can be perfectly adapted to the current mainstream SIP-based IP PBX/softswitch/IMS platforms, such as Asterisk, Broadsoft, 3CX, and Elastix.

Product Features

  1. Constructed with a SUS304 stainless steel panel with a brushed surface, offering wear and corrosion resistance. The cold-rolled steel back cover provides excellent value and durability.
  2. Users can set up one-button calls to the control room via the backend. The panel operation is clear and easy to understand.
  3. The panel length is specially designed to be longer than ordinary intercom devices, and it features two call buttons (top and bottom) for easy access by people of various heights, making it accessible to people with disabilities and children.
  4. Supports customized panel icons and button diagrams to meet accessibility requirements in various countries.
  5. Supports standard SIP protocol.
  6. Supports PoE or 12V power supply, requiring no external power source.
  7. Supports one-button IP broadcasting, allowing the control room to link devices for broadcasting, meeting the needs of public safety systems.
